At Experiences ΛZ, we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy for accommodations, activities, and vehicle rentals. Below is a detailed breakdown of our terms:
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations up to 60 days before check-in: No penalty; full refund.
- Cancellations between 60 days (inclusive) and 30 days (exclusive) before check-in: 30% of the total reservation amount will be retained as a penalty.
- Cancellations within 30 days (inclusive) of check-in: 50% of the total reservation amount will be retained.
- No-show: The full amount of the reservation will be charged.
- Early departure: The full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Additional Notes:
- Minimum stay: 3 nights.
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (late arrivals must notify us in advance).
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
- Payment: Pre-payment is preferred before check-in, or credit payment is accepted within 30 days after check-in.
Activities Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made up to 30 days in advance: 50% of the reservation amount will be retained.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 4 days prior to the activity: 65% of the deposit or payment will be retained.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the activity: 80% of the total amount will be charged.
- Cancellations within 48 hours, No-Show, or due to air/sea transportation issues: 100% of the activity amount will be charged.
Activity Cancellations by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel activities without prior notice due to:
- Adverse weather conditions compromising safety and quality.
- Force majeure events.
In such cases, we will offer:
- Alternative dates or activities, subject to availability.
- A refund with appropriate adjustments, processed within 15 business days.
Note: A €10 administrative fee per person will be retained for reservation management costs.
Vehicle Rental Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the reservation date: Full refund (minus administrative fees, if applicable).
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the reservation date: A 20% cancellation fee will be applied, with the remaining amount refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refund, except in exceptional cases (e.g., verified emergencies).
- No-show: No refund will be issued.
Additional Terms:
- Reservations delayed by more than 2 hours without prior notice will be automatically canceled and subject to no-show terms.
- Requests to change the reservation date or time must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. If the change cannot be accommodated, the original cancellation policy will apply.
- Force majeure: Cancellations due to natural disasters or public health emergencies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Options may include full refunds, future credits, or other arrangements.
- Processing time: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the payment method.
- Non-refundable rates: Reservations made under promotional or non-refundable rates are not eligible for refunds, regardless of the cancellation notice.
